mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">混凝土芯样补平器用于混凝土芯样在切割的时候很难保证端面平整, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">致使芯样在做压力试验时,受力不均,其抗压结果不能真实反映混凝土的抗压强度,芯样补平器可轻松解决以上问题,它不仅精致小巧,而且可装不同夹具,可对直径50 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、75 "Times New Roman"">、100的芯样精确补平,手动升降台任意调节芯样高度,是**的混凝土芯样补平的理想装置。备注:新标准试样直径不受夹具限制。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">混凝土芯样补平仪主要用于钻芯法检测混凝土抗压强度过程中混凝土芯样端面补平。该产品能够保证补平后芯样的垂直度、平整度等达到《钻芯法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(DBJ14-029-2004)要求,保证两端面平行,提高芯样补平效率,克服了高强度和小直径混凝土芯样补平时平整度、垂直度不易控制的困难,提高钻芯法检测混凝土抗压强度的准确性。该产品具有体积小,操作方便等优点。

1、夹口内侧壁与上压板、下底板垂直度偏差不大于30′ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">;

1、根据待补芯样高度,调整上压板高度:逆时针转动手柄2 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,放松抱柱,转动手轮1 "Times New Roman"">可使抱柱沿主轴上、下运动。

2、芯样两端均匀涂一层补平材料,垫上玻璃板(玻璃板上铺一层湿报纸),放在底板上,两夹口之间,旋转手轮2 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,使两夹口向中间运动,夹直芯样。

3、向下压手柄1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,上压板沿副轴向下运动,压紧芯样,旋紧旋钮保持3~5 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">分钟,待补平材料压密实,松开旋钮,上提手柄1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,上压板沿副轴向上,恢复原位。

4、旋转手轮2 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,使两夹口向两边运动,松开芯样,将芯样及玻璃垫板一起从夹口内取出,放在水平处养护。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">六、混凝土芯样补平器注意事项与维护保养:

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">混凝土芯样补平器应存放在干燥处,并定期在连接部位涂润滑油,防止生锈。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">使用后应及时将补平仪清理干净,防止补平材料粘在夹口内侧壁、上压板或底板上。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">附:芯样端面补平方法

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">芯样端面的补平可参考以下方法进行:

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">一、硫磺胶泥( "Times New Roman"">或硫磺)补平(本法一般适用于自然干燥状态下抗压试验的芯样试件补平)

1.补平前先将芯样端面污物清除干净, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">然后将芯样垂直地夹持在补平器的夹具中, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">并提升到一定高度。

2.在补平器底盘上涂薄层矿物油或其他脱模剂, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">以防硫磺胶泥与底盘粘结。

3.将硫磺胶泥置放于容器中加热溶化。待硫磺胶泥溶液由黄色变成棕色时( mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">约150℃), "Times New Roman"">倒入补平器底盘中。然后,转动手轮使芯样下移并与底盘接触。待硫磺胶泥凝固后, "Times New Roman"">反向转动手轮, "Times New Roman"">把芯样提起,打开夹具取出芯样。然后, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">按上述步骤补平该芯样的另一端面。补平器底盘内的机械加工表面平整度, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">要求每长100mm "Times New Roman"">不超过0.05mm "Times New Roman"">。
