1、试样准备好以后,依次在测试仪水池上面放置试样架,阻水罩,然后用密封胶将阻水罩四周密封,调整好喷头位置,将液位感应器固定在阻水罩侧壁(高度任意设置)。
2、按上述要求做好后,设置“流量加速度”数值,点击“启动”设备会按照流量加速度的数值运行,并显示流量,流速,当阻水罩内的液位到达感应液面后,设备发出蜂鸣声,并关闭设备运行,此时记录公式所需的各项数值,自动计算结果并打印。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">**小边长大于100mm "Times New Roman"">的透水试样5块。干燥箱、蒸馏水。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">六、砂基透水砖透水速率测试仪试验步骤:
1、将试样放入干燥箱烘干至质量变化不超过0.1% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">;
2、将烘干的试样在蒸馏水中浸泡20min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">后取出;
3、将试样正面朝上放置在支撑加上,调至水平,打开仪器程序控制系统,根据喷头位置和检测采集面积调整好防雾罩和液位采集装置;
4、记录防水罩底面积S mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">和液位采集装置距试样面积的高度H mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,设定计量泵流量加速度V" "Times New Roman"">;
5、点击开始,计量泵流量不断增大,顶喷实现模拟小雨曾大到暴雨的过程,至报警器报警,记录**终透水率VD mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">以恒定的流量加速度向试样表面一定透水面积(防雾罩中面积)加水,假设在流量达到试样透水速率**值之前,加入的水全部及时透过试样,即试样的透水流量与水流量相等。从达到试样透水速率**值VL mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">开始,试样透水流量保持恒定,试样表面水位开始上升,在一定的时间内加水流量继续恒定增加记录增加的水量,上述过程在流量加速度恒定的条件下进行,因此测出了相关数据计算公式结课出结果。
